Meet Your Massage Therapist

Nate Poulton

Upon discovering the immense benefit of therapeutic bodywork on his own healing path, Nate has practiced massage therapy for over six years. Utilizing a blend of acupressure, Swedish, and Myofascial Release techniques, he works gently with your body to promote the innate healing response that naturally arises when the mind quiets and the breath deepens.

Treatments can be tailored toward relaxing muscles and trigger points, decompressing the spine and mobilizing joints, along with releasing old injuries and scar tissue. The deep relaxation response that results from letting go of stress revitalizes the body and leads to faster recovery time after working out.

Whether you are looking to simply relax to cultivate balance and harmony with a full body massage, or seeking to target specific problem areas, come experience the rejuvenation that results from being guided into a deeper awareness of your being.

Meet Your Instructor

Joanne Mangun

Joanne has been fascinated by movement from the moment she could climb her parents’ furniture. She has been actively exploring her own yoga practice since 1995 and discovered the joy of spinning and inversions in 2010. She enjoys working with people of all ability levels and her classes emphasize fluidity, precise instruction, and exploring your inner playfulness. She is grateful for the opportunity to share her passion for fitness, self-care, and the aerial arts.

Yin Yoga with Kelsey Crow

Yin Yoga helps in mobility and injury-prevention. This is accomplished through focusing on flexibility in the shoulders, hamstrings, and hips by holding poses for 3-5 minutes each. Yin Yoga also gives the muscles a break so one can get into the fascia and joints to strengthen, nourish, and protect them. The class also focuses on finding the edge in a pose and holding it there without pushing too far. This technique helps to prevent injury. Inherently, these poses are also meditative and encourage proper breathing and focus even through difficult thoughts and emotions. Come enjoy the benefits of Yin Yoga!

Meet Your Instructor

Kelsey Crow

Originally from Boise, Kelsey started practicing yoga while living in Seattle. She wanted a way to exercise that incorporated both her body and her mind, and that was on ongoing “practice” she could learn for the rest of her life. Totally psyched about yoga and the results she was seeing in herself, she decided to become a teacher and got certified upon moving back to Boise.

Kelsey completed her RYT 200 hour training at Essential Hot Yoga and through Yoga Alliance International, specializing in Power Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. She has taught at Essential Hot Yoga, Crunch Fitness, Sage Yoga & Wellness, Shine Yoga Collective, Zen Riot Yoga & Wellness Studio, and Boise State University. Her particular teaching style focuses on staying in challenging poses longer than you want to, in order to build mental toughness and practice breathing through difficulty.
