Asana Climbing Gym is excited to offer a new Family Membership option! Families who sign up together under one account enjoy 10% off our Standard EFT rate — just $72/month per person.

Eligibility:

Must be billed under the same “responsible person” and payment method
Family members must enroll at the same time
Applies only to EFT (autopay) memberships

Discounted EFT rates for youth, full-time students, seniors 65+, and military ($65/month) still apply.

Group Booking Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

Deposits: A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking.

Rescheduling Policy:

One free reschedule if requested at least 10 days before the event date.
$25 rescheduling fee for requests made within 10 days of the event. Event will likely be rescheduled 10 days or more from the reschedule date (depending on schedule availability).

Refund Policy:

$100 deposit is non-refundable

Extenuating Circumstances:

Military = Active military with valid ID

Student = Must present valid student ID

Punch Pass rental add on = shoes and/or harness for each punch

EFT = Electronic Funds Transfer, automatically recurring

PIF = Paid In Full. Paid in full memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

EFT 3 Month Minimum = 3 full months (initial prorated month not counted), enters cancel anytime status after minimum, see below for cancellation details below

Youth EFT = Anyone 17 and younger is considered youth and qualifies (This replaces family Add-On)

Climbing Cancellations

Once EFT minimum requirements are met, the membership enters cancel anytime status, no 30-day notice required!

Cancellation request must be submitted through the Membership Cancellation Request link at the top of every webpage before the 10th of the month to be considered valid. Cancellations may be processed for up to 12 months in advance if you would like to set an auto cancellation date. Cancellation months are not prorated.

EFT memberships may be frozen with a $10 monthly fee. PIF memberships are not eligible for freezes per company policy. Please submit requests with extenuating circumstances for individual review through the comment section

Grandfather Program

(before July 31st, 2016)

If membership was obtained before July 31rst, 2016 you automatically qualify for the grandfather program and may keep the Grandfathered rate under the following conditions:

Maintain the membership in good order without cancelling.
If you need a break from climbing, or from any other of our awesome new services, put your membership on freeze ($10/mo) to lock you into the grandfathered rate until you return. Additionally, there is no limit to how many times you freeze or for how long.

If these conditions are not met, the grandfather membership will be cancelled and restarting the membership will fall under new pricing. No exceptions will be allowed.

THE ASANA STORY

Asana began in Boise in 1999 in our founder's garage as a manufacturing company producing “Everything Bouldering”. The company grew and became the market leader in custom padding systems for climbing gyms across the US. In 2013, the company incorporated the Asana Climbing Gym to become a core part of the Treasure Valley climbing commmunity. Today, the gym is ever evolving as we are the premiere facility offering everything bouldering.
