Climbing birthday parties are an excellent option for a memorable adventure for your loved ones. We pride ourselves in creating a positive, unique experience for you and your kids.

Standard amenities for birthday parties -

  • Private party area
  • 120 minutes of climbing and party activities
  • Dedicated party host
  • Access to 14 Auto-Belay stations keeps all the kids climbing!
  • Tables and chairs for up to 20 guests (parents and kids)
  • All necessary equipment (shoes and harnesses)
  • Plates, utensils, cups and napkins
  • Refrigerator for ice cream and/or cake storage

Time slots are filled on a first come reservation basis only.

Price: $240 for up to 10 kids. $20 for each additional kid, to a maximum of 20 kids.

Birthday Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

     Deposits: A $100 deposit is required 
      at the time of booking.
   
  Rescheduling Policy:
  • One free reschedule if requested at least 10 days before the event date.
  • $25 rescheduling fee for requests made within 10 days of the event. Event will likely be rescheduled 10 days or more from the reschedule date (depending on schedule availability).
    Refund Policy:
  • $100 deposit is non-refundable
      Extenuating Circumstances:

        If you believe you have extenuating circumstances,            please email inquiry@asanaclimbing.com, and we              will evaluate your situation on a case-by-case basis.

 

 Don’t forget about Waivers!

Every participant must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian before they can climb!  Without a waiver we cannot allow the individual to participate, no exceptions… and that’s no fun for anyone! Help us ensure no one gets left out and a speedy check in process by filling out the electronic waiver form here.

THE ASANA STORY

Asana began in Boise in 1999 in our founder's garage as a manufacturing company producing “Everything Bouldering”. The company grew and became the market leader in custom padding systems for climbing gyms across the US. In 2013, the company incorporated the Asana Climbing Gym to become a core part of the Treasure Valley climbing commmunity. Today, the gym is ever evolving as we are the premiere facility offering everything bouldering.
