Deposits and Party Policies

All birthday parties require a $100 non-refundable deposit at time of reservation. Deposits are due at the time of booking. Deposits can be taken over the phone or in person at the Front Desk. 

Parties must be scheduled at least 10 days in advance to allow for staffing.

You may reschedule a party up to 10 days before the party at no additional charge.

Rescheduling within 10 days will be accommodated, but will incur a $50 fee.

Recommended age for partygoers is 6 and up.

Don’t forget about Waivers!
Every participant must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian before they can climb!  Without a waiver we cannot allow the individual to participate, no exceptions… and that’s no fun for anyone!
